What the team works on
Hayde is based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The people who design and build the product are the same people who help new venues get set up and answer their questions.
QR digital menus
The menu your guests open from a QR code: dishes with photos, allergens and prices, stories, and ordering. Owners edit everything from one dashboard, and changes go live without reprinting.
Wallet loyalty cards
Digital stamp cards that live in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet instead of a paper punch card. The team builds the pass design studio, the stamping flow and the reward logic.
NFC tap experiences
NFC tags and stands that open the menu with a tap, plus wallet passes that can be read at the counter, without the customer opening an app.
Multilingual menus
Menus can be published in English, French, Spanish, Bulgarian and Hebrew, with right-to-left layouts for Hebrew, so a venue can serve tourists and locals from the same menu.
How we build Hayde
Setup should take minutes, not a project
The signup wizard walks an owner from logo to live menu. Photograph a printed menu and the AI import builds the categories, items and prices for you to review — nobody should have to retype a menu they already have.
How setup worksNothing for the guest to install
The menu opens in the phone’s browser from a QR code or an NFC tag, and the loyalty card saves to the Apple or Google Wallet already on the phone. There is no app to download standing between a guest and the menu.
How wallet cards workBe honest about the limits
Features that are not shipped yet are labelled as on the roadmap, not implied. The AI menu generator page, for example, lists what the import will not do — handwriting, blurry photos, allergens — before you sign up.
What the AI import won’t doEarn the renewal every month
Every menu plan starts with a 14-day free trial and the loyalty plan with two free months, both without a credit card. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee, so the product has to keep being worth paying for.
