Compare Hayde to other platforms

Honest, fact-sourced comparisons. We tell you when a competitor is the right pick instead of Hayde.

Which platform is actually right for you?

Most "best QR menu" pages are affiliate lists. These comparisons are not. Each one is written against the competitor's own published pricing and feature pages, and each says plainly where that competitor is the better choice — because a restaurant that picks the wrong tool churns in a month, which helps nobody.

The short version: if you need a full point-of-sale with proprietary hardware, kitchen displays and payroll, buy a POS. If you only need a static PDF on a QR code and nothing else, a cheap display tool will do. Hayde is for the middle — the restaurant that wants the guest-facing layer to be genuinely good: QR and NFC menus, a loyalty card that lives in Apple and Google Wallet, AI menu import, and 5 languages including full Hebrew RTL, running on the phone the guest already has.

Common questions

Do I need to replace my POS to use Hayde?

No. Hayde is the guest-facing layer — menu, ordering and loyalty — and is designed to sit alongside whatever till or POS you already run.

Does the guest have to install an app?

Never. The menu opens in the phone browser from a QR scan or an NFC tap, and loyalty cards are added to Apple or Google Wallet, which is already on the phone.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes — there is a 14-day free trial and no credit card is required to start.

Will you tell me if a competitor suits me better?

Yes. Each comparison page states the cases where the other platform is the right pick. That is the point of publishing them.
