The 14-day free trial includes a fully functional digital menu with QR & NFC access, customized interfaces with your brand identity, pop-up ads, social media integration (TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook), promotional videos for new dishes or events, multi-language support, and a basic in-menu stamp card. No credit card is needed to start. When the trial ends, your menu stays live for your guests, but editing is locked until you choose a paid plan.
Billing is simple and transparent. You choose between monthly or yearly billing cycles. Monthly plans are billed at the start of each month, while yearly plans are billed once per year at a 10% discount. All prices are in EUR and you will receive a detailed invoice for every payment.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account dashboard. When upgrading, you get immediate access to all new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you can continue using premium features until then.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Payments are securely processed through our payment provider. For Chain plan customers, we can also arrange bank transfers and custom invoicing to suit your finance department requirements.
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. There are no cancellation fees or hidden charges. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
